Join us for a special wine tasting with local sommelier Daniel McCurdy and light bites from Chef Martha Hubbard followed by the film Blind Ambition presented by the Key West Film Festival. Blind Ambition is a Rocky for oenophiles, this documentary tells the go-for-it story of four friends from Zimbabwe who flee starvation in their homeland to become South Africa’s leading sommeliers. They form Zimbabwe’s first-ever team to compete in the Olympics of the wine world: The World Wine Blind Tasting Championships.
