Join local sommelier, Daniel McCurdy, for an educational wine experience and food pairing at The Roost from 2 to 4pm. We will be focusing on exquisite Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines from the Burgundy region. Highlighting the distinct appellations within Burgundy and exploring the nuanced flavors and terroir that make these wines renowned. Followed by bites from Chef Dan Spitz.
